Slate Truck: A Budget-Friendly Electric Pickup for Everyday Use

 ​The Slate Truck is an upcoming minimalist electric pickup from U.S.-based start-up Slate Auto, backed by Jeff Bezos. it's designed to be highly affordable and customizable, targeting a base price under $20,000-$28,000. Around 16 lakhs to 23 lakhs indian rupees. 


Key Features & Design

Minimalist Build: the base model of blank slate pickup truck not include any traditional features like paint, stereo system, power windows and touch screen. instead of this, truck offer a grey polypropylene body, manual window cranks, and a phone amount for navigation and media.

Customization: owners can personally customise their own vehicle with over 100 optimal accessories including different vinyl wraps, power windows and an SUV conversion kit that adds rear seats and role cage.

DIY friendly: slate encourage do it yourself modification so it's easy you to customise this truck at your own home.

Powertrain: single rear mounted 150 kilowatt (201HP) motor with rear wheel drive.

Battery option: vehicle got two battery pack option which are 52.7 Kwh for approximately 241 km range and another 84.3 kilowatt hour for up to 386 km of range.
