Hero Xoom 160 new adventure scooter in India

Hero has unveiled its new 160cc scooter, the Hero Xoom 160. With its bold design, it can be categorized as both a maxi-scooter and an adventure-style scooter.
Alongside the scooter's launch, Hero has made waves in the market with an attractive price point. This marks the brand's latest addition to its growing lineup, which now includes four two-wheelers.

The Hero Xoom 160 is available in four vibrant color options, giving buyers plenty of choices.
Matte rainforest Green
Matte volcanic gray
Canyon Red
Summit white 

The scooter has a distinct maxi-style design, with a large windscreen at the front to reduce air drag. It also features a split LED headlight, which adds to its aggressive and modern appearance.
Additionally, the Hero Xoom 160 is equipped with Hero's i3S technology, designed to improve fuel efficiency and provide better mileage.


ENGINE 
The Hero Xoom 160 is powered by a 156cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that delivers 14.6bhp and approximately 13Nm of torque. The scooter comes with a CVT transmission for smooth performance.

TYRE
It features 14-inch alloy wheels, with 120/70-section at front and 140/60-section dual-purpose tires at the rear.

SUSPENSION 
For added comfort, the scooter is equipped with telescopic front forks and dual-spring suspension at the rear, ensuring a smooth ride across different terrains.

BRAKING 
In terms of braking, the Hero Xoom 160 is equipped with a single disc brake at the front and drum brakes at the rear, along with single-channel ABS for added safety.

DISPLAY 
The scooter features a digital LCD display with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and call/SMS alerts, keeping you connected on the go.

Additionally, the Hero Xoom 160 offers keyless ignition for convenience and ease of use.

PRICING 
The scooter is Priced at Rs. 1,48,500/- and is set to compete with Yamaha's Aerox 155 in the Indian market.
